生酮麵包仔 (轉貼)
材料 :
特幼杏仁粉110克
椰子粉30克
洋車前籽粉25-30克
泡打粉2茶匙 (約6克)
雞蛋3隻
鹽半茶匙
蘋果醋2湯匙
水200克
做法 :
1. 先將乾性材料混合, 加入濕材料, 用打蛋器打勻
2. 加入已放上牛油紙的焗盤內, 分成小分再搓圓
3. 放入已預熱至180度爐中, 焗約一小時
出爐後用牙籤試一試是否熟透
