蘇絲黃~ 乾炒牛河
乾炒牛河
材料:牛肉、洋蔥半個、銀芽適量、蔥段適量、河粉適量
調味料︰草菇濃醬油、蠔油
牛肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、糖、芡粉、油、蠔油少許、香油、水少許
製法:
1. 把洋蔥切絲、牛肉切片,分別下鍋炒香,盛起備用
2. 把河粉下鍋,加調味料同炒
3. 再下銀芽、蔥段同炒一會即成
