蘇絲黃~ 梅菜豬肉餅
梅菜豬肉餅
材料:豬肉、甜梅菜、水
豬肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、糖、古月粉、油、香油、芡粉、水、
梅菜醃料:香油、油、糖
做法
1. 把豬肉剁成肉餅,把梅菜剁碎,分別醃上半小時
2. 豬肉和梅菜一起拌勻,並加進大量的水
3. 在碗子裡掃油,把肉餅弄成球形放上
4. 蒸半小時以上,再燜一會即成
