蘇絲黃~ 空心菜炒牛肉
空心菜炒牛肉
材料:牛肉、空心菜莖、蒜子
調味料︰蠔油、雞湯
牛肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、蠔油、糖、芡粉、香油各少許
製法
1. 牛肉切絲後醃一會
2. 把牛肉下鍋炒,下蠔油調味,盛起
3. 略炒蒜子,再炒空心菜,下少許雞湯調味
4. 最後把牛肉下鍋同炒即成
