蘇絲黃~ 粉卷
粉卷
材料:豬肉、冬筍、木耳、豌豆、蔥段、香菇、荸薺、粉皮數張
調味料︰酒、鹽、蠔油、香油
豬肉醃料:濃醬油、淡醬油、糖、芡粉、香油、水少許
製法︰
1. 剁碎豬肉,把冬筍、木耳、洋蔥、香菇、荸薺切粒備用
2. 剝去豌豆外莢,留下豆子
3. 把豬肉以外的餡料下鍋,加調味料炒香,盛起
4. 把豬肉下鍋炒一會,再下其他餡料一起炒熟
5. 在砧板上塗少許水,鋪上粉皮
6. 把餡料均勻舖在粉皮一端,捲成長條狀
7. 把粉卷條兩端切掉,再切成小段,下鍋蒸熱即成
