蘇絲黃~ 咖哩雞翅膀
咖哩雞翅膀
材料:雞翅膀、洋蔥、指天椒碎、馬鈴薯、蒜頭、咖哩醬、一瓶雞湯、濃奶油一盒
雞肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、咖哩粉、糖及香油各少許
製法
1. 切開洋蔥,下鍋略炒至嗅到香味,撈起
2. 炒香蒜頭,再下醃好的雞翅膀略炒
3. 加進三分之二瓶咖哩醬,再下雞湯
4. 把三分之二個馬鈴薯削片,餘下的用滾刀切塊,一同加進咖哩鍋
5. 下糖調味,再下指天椒碎、洋蔥同煮
6. 蓋上鍋蓋,用小火炆半小時,最後加濃奶油略煮即成
