蘇絲黃~ 老少平安
老少平安
材料:豆腐三塊、鯪魚肉、香菇、香菜、蔥
調味料︰鷹粟粉、香油、古月粉、沸油
鯪魚肉醃料:糖、鹽、香油、芡粉及水各少許
製法
1. 鯪魚切片後再剁碎,醃好拌至起膠
2. 把豆腐放在網隔上撒鹽以散減水分,再弄碎加進鯪魚肉裡
3. 把蔥、香菜、香菇切碎,加進鯪魚肉裡
4. 加鷹粟粉拌勻,蒸十分鐘
5. 最後下香油、古月粉和沸油即成
