蘇絲黃~ 錦滷餛飩
錦滷餛飩
材料:餛飩皮、豬肉、蝦
蝦醃料︰古月粉、油、鹽、糖、芡粉各少許
豬肉醃料:淡醬油、糖、芡粉、香油、水 (極少量)
錦滷汁材料:已醃好的蝦肉、青椒、紅椒、波蘿、魷魚
錦滷汁調味料︰白醋、番茄醬、砂糖、罐頭菠蘿糖水、濃醬油、芡粉水
製法
1. 把蝦肉切段,下醃料
2. 把豬肉剁碎後醃好,加入蝦肉一起調勻
3. 用調好的餡料包餛飩,再下鍋炸,盛起
4. 把切好的魷魚、元貝、青紅椒分別下鍋略炒
5. 把調味料下鍋調勻煮稠,再把所有錦滷汁材料下鍋煮,即成錦滷汁
