蘇絲黃~ 金針香菇臘腸蒸雞
金針香菇臘腸蒸雞
材料:雞肉、金針、香菇、臘腸、薑絲
雞肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、香油、砂糖、芡粉、酒
製法
1. 把雞肉切件醃好,加進香菇、金針拌勻
2. 再放上切好的臘腸、薑絲
3. 水燒開後下鍋蒸四十五分鐘即成
