蘇絲黃~ 泰國粉絲蝦煲
泰國粉絲蝦煲
材料:蝦、粉絲、白胡椒、黑胡椒、花椒、乾蔥頭、香菜頭、蔥、肥豬肉一塊
蝦醃料:酒、香油、鹽、芡粉各少許
粉絲調味料:淡奶、蠔油、香油、糖、酒、濃醬油、清雞湯
製法
1.把蝦下鍋略炸
2. 粉絲泡水後調味,再下鍋煮
3. 肥豬肉切細後油泡,再下白胡椒、黑胡椒、花椒、乾蔥頭、香菜頭、蔥
4. 然後舖上蝦肉,再加進煮好的粉絲
5. 用大火把粉絲烘乾即成
