蘇絲黃~ 肥牛肉榨菜蒸雲耳
肥牛肉榨菜蒸雲耳
材料:肥牛肉、榨菜一塊、雲耳少許
牛肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、糖、芡粉、香油、水各少許
製法
1. 雲耳泡水,把大塊的雲耳撕開兩半
2. 醃牛肉
3. 把榨菜切片、切絲
4. 把雲耳、榨菜片和牛肉拌勻,在盤子裡排好
5. 最後撒上榨菜絲,蒸約五分鐘
