蘇絲黃~ 油鹽雙瓜
油鹽雙瓜
材料 : 苦瓜 (圓形) 2-3隻、絲瓜一條、上湯半盒、而水、油、鹽、麻油各適量
製法
1. 將苦瓜斜切,再將絲瓜以滾刀法切成長形
2. 於鑊內加入上湯、水、油、鹽及麻油,再加入苦瓜及絲瓜煮滾
3. 滾後熄火,浸至入味
4. 食用前可將上湯加熱,淋上雙瓜
