蘇絲黃~ 粉絲螃蟹鍋
粉絲螃蟹鍋
材料:豬油、粉絲、螃蟹、香菜頭、白胡椒粒、花椒、蒜頭粒連皮、蔥
調味料︰奶、香油、糖、酒、蠔油、濃醬油、高湯
做法
1. 粉絲泡水,加入調味料備用
2. 在鍋裡把豬肉炸成豬油渣,然後放進白胡椒粒、花椒、蒜頭粒、香菜頭、蔥,3. 第二層舖上已煮熟的螃蟹鉗
4. 把粉絲的湯汁加進螃蟹鍋,再把粉絲舖在蟹肉上
5. 蓋上鍋蓋,用最慢火煮至粉絲收汁入味即可
