蘇絲黃~ 梅菜蒸鯇魚
梅菜蒸鯇魚
材料 : 甜梅菜約2-3棵、鹹梅菜約1-2棵、鯇魚 半條
(註:甜梅菜與鹹梅菜比例應約3:1)
製法
1. 先將甜梅菜和鹹梅菜切粒,再用油炒香,加糖後端起
2. 將梅菜舖在鯇魚上,放入鑊內蒸熟
3. 用另一小煲爆香少許油,淋在鯇魚上,後再淋上生抽即成
