蘇絲黃~ 蜜糖豆炒百合
蜜糖豆炒百合
材料 : 蜜糖豆 2-3 盒 (約半斤)、新鮮百合兩球、冰水(要有冰塊)一大碗、酒 一茶匙、而生抽、糖、生粉、麻油、水、蠔油各適量
製法
1. 灼蜜糖豆,拖水,放入冰水中 (放入冰水後可保留蜜糖豆的色澤)
2. 洗淨百合後將之逐瓣分開
3. 調製獻汁 (生抽、糖、生粉、麻油、水及蠔油)
4. 炒香蜜糖豆後,再淋上獻汁和加入百合 (百合不能炒太久),最後落一茶匙酒,上碟即可
