蘇絲黃~ 梅子排骨
梅子排骨
材料 : 排骨(飛機排) 約半斤、梅子約七粒、糖兩茶匙 (放落梅子)
醃料一 : 生抽、老抽、糖、水各適量
醃料二 : 生油、麻油、生粉各適量
製法
1. 先醃排骨 (醃料一:生抽、老抽、糖及水)
2. 將梅子洗淨,加入兩茶匙糖,再用叉壓碎
3. 將梅子放入排骨
4. 再用生油,麻油及生粉醃排骨
5. 放入鑊內,蒸約20-25分鐘
