蘇絲黃~ 馬蘭頭
馬蘭頭
材料:
馬蘭頭十二兩、豆腐乾數塊、筍數條、中國芹菜一把
調味料︰香油適量、鹽適量
製法
1. 把馬蘭頭用少許水灼三分鐘
2. 把筍下鍋灼
3. 取出筍,放進冰水浸泡
4. 把筍、豆腐乾和中國芹菜切成細小顆粒
5. 像擠毛巾般把馬蘭頭擠壓再切碎
6. 下調味料,再放進冰箱半小時或以上
