蘇絲黃~ 家常豆腐
家常豆腐
材料:牛肉碎、豆腐 (切大丁)、蔥花、
牛肉碎醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、糖、芡粉、香油、水各少許
調味料:高湯少許、蠔油
製法
1. 先醃牛肉
2. 把豆腐下油鍋略煎,再下高湯煮
3. 另鍋略炒牛肉碎,然後加進豆腐裡拌勻,下蠔油和蔥花略炒即成
