蘇絲黃~ 臘鴨頭雜菜鍋
臘鴨頭雜菜鍋
材料:臘鴨頭一個、金菇、豆腐泡、豆腐、白蘿蔔、大白菜、粉絲、香菇、菠菜、薑片、水、雞湯
做法
1. 先把臘鴨頭汆水,其他材料切好備用
2. 把臘鴨頭放進雞湯和水同煮
3. 在瓦鍋底放大白菜莖和白蘿蔔,再倒進臘鴨頭和湯汁,加薑片煮一會
4. 離火一會,把其他材料加到鍋裡再煮一會即成
