蘇絲黃~ 雪菜粉皮
雪菜粉皮
材料:雪菜三棵、粉皮三塊
調味料:糖(四湯匙),麻油(兩茶匙)
製法
1. 將粉皮捲起,以順紋的方向將粉皮切成半吋闊
2. 粉皮以熱水於大碗內略灼,然後瀝乾水份,備用
3. 將雪菜頭部切掉後切粒
4. 粉皮拌入雪菜粒和調味料,攪勻雪凍即成
