忌廉燉蛋 (轉貼)

<食材>
淡忌廉(鮮奶油)-250克
雞蛋-2隻
赤藻糖醇-20克
雲呢拿(香草)精華-1/2茶匙
<製作步驟>
淡忌廉(鮮奶油)加入赤藻糖醇及雲呢拿(香草)精華以小火加熱攪拌至溶化(不要煮滾);
倒入已打勻雞蛋(邊加邊攪拌),攪勻後過篩倒入小碗,加蓋或錫放入已煮滾熱水以小火蒸15分鐘,關火焗10分鐘取出即可享用。
