AF黑椒蒜蓉牛油虎蝦🦐 (轉貼)
材料:虎蝦一磅、蔥、蒜、牛油各適量
做法:先淸洗虎蝦印乾水份,用適量黑胡椒粉、蒜粉調味及撈油,之後用

預熱氣炸鍋大約

分鐘,鋪上錫紙排好虎蝦,

氣炸

分鐘,反面
180c
再
4
分鐘,最後掃上牛油、放蒜蓉、蔥
125c
氣炸
3
分鐘,出鍋後馬上灑上少許海鹽即可。非常簡單放便
