蘇絲黃~ 栗子炆排骨
栗子炆排骨
材料:一字排骨、栗子、薑、蔥
調味料︰濃醬油、淡醬油、糖
做法
1. 先用薑、蔥將排骨汆水,然後調味
2. 排骨下鍋,加水直至蓋過排骨,用大火炆一會
3. 加進已剝皮的栗子,繼續用大火炆
4. 關火蓋著鍋蓋待一會,最後用大火煮至收乾水份即可
