蘇絲黃~ 薑蔥牛肉鍋
薑蔥牛肉鍋
材料:牛肉、薑片、蔥段、蒜頭
牛肉醃料:淡醬油、濃醬油、蠔油、糖、油、香油、水
調味汁:蠔油、濃醬油、香油、糖、芡粉、雞湯、水、古月粉
做法
1. 先醃牛肉備用,準備調味汁
2. 把蒜頭、薑片、蔥段放進砂鍋油泡
3. 下牛肉煮勻,並加進酒和調味汁,蓋上鍋蓋關火焗一會
