蘇絲黃~ 生炒牛肉飯
生炒牛肉飯
材料:牛肉、白飯、蛋漿、生菜絲、蔥花
調味料︰糖、鹽、淡醬油、雞粉、酒、芡粉
做法
1. 牛肉切片,下調味料醃約十五鐘後剁碎
2. 燒紅鍋子,把牛肉炒至八成熟後盛起
3. 把蛋漿下鍋略炒,再加入白飯,炒至飯粒散開後加鹽、糖、淡醬油調味
4. 再次下牛肉同炒,最後放生菜絲、蔥花拌勻即成
