蘇絲黃~ 栗蒸鹹雞
栗蒸鹹雞
材料:雞一隻
調味料:薑泥、鹽、紹興酒
做法
1. 用鹽和薑泥在雞的內外塗勻,醃一晚
2. 翌日蒸約半小時,待涼後斬開,把湯汁的薑碎濾去淋在雞上
