蘇絲黃~ 炸菜銀芽韭菜
炸菜銀芽韭菜
材料:銀芽一斤半、韭菜 (切段)、豆腐乾三塊、榨菜一塊 (切絲)、肉絲
調味料︰酒少許、蠔油適量
製法
1. 把豆腐乾下鍋稍灼
2. 取起豆腐乾,橫切三刀,再切絲
3. 於榨菜裡下糖,拌勻
4. 在鍋裡下少許水和鹽,把銀芽下鍋灼,馬上撈起
5. 把榨菜絲、肉絲、豆腐乾、銀芽、韭菜逐一下鍋炒
6. 炒的時候加進酒和蠔油,取起即成
