蘇絲黃~ 節瓜豬骨湯
節瓜豬骨湯
材料:豬骨四塊、節瓜四條、鹹蛋一個
調味汁: 白醋、生抽、糖、麻油各適量
製法
1. 將豬骨汆水後,放在高身煲內煲滾
2. 將絲瓜去皮後切條,加入高身煲,煲約二十分鐘後加入鹹蛋,拌勻待鹹蛋呈蛋花狀即可
