keto 腸仔包。 (轉貼)


真係腸仔包,
有加yeast fathead dough. 所以發得起,同埋有包味, 我用有皮杏仁粉所以有點點。
Sausage bun
Recipe:
1 1/2 cup Mozeralla cheese
1 Egg
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 Tablespoon phylium husk
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1-2 Tablespoon warm water

1.Put yeast in warm water let  it sit for 5 min
2.Melt cheese and  add egg mix well
3.Add yeast water and mix
4.Add all dry ingredients mix to form a dough.
5.Let it rise for 30-45min

6.Take the sticky dough Warp around the sausage.
Put it on a baking sheet  give it some more space it will rise and spread. Let it rise for 15 min.
6.Bake at 170C oven for 12-15 min
