蘇絲黃~ 梅菜扣肉
梅菜扣肉 (觀眾提供菜式)
材料:五花腩兩塊、梅菜
調味料︰濃醬油、糖、冰糖
做法:
1. 梅菜先浸泡三小時,五花腩用水煮約四十分鐘
2. 在五花腩皮上刺小洞,塗上濃醬油,可切掉最底下的一層肉
3. 把五花腩下鍋油炸,取出後泡冰水待涼,再切成薄片
4. 梅菜用濃醬油和糖炒香,舖在扣肉上,加少許冰糖碎蒸約兩小時即成
