蘇絲黃~ 蒜子高湯莧菜
蒜子高湯莧菜
材料:莧菜、蒜子、高湯
調味料︰鹽、油、香油
做法
1. 把蒜子油泡至金黃,放進高湯裡,加香油煮開
2. 另鍋把水燒開,加油和鹽把莧菜煮軟
3. 莧菜上盤後加進高湯和蒜子即可
